Winter II Schedule

Renew yourself with yoga. Silence the noise around you and focus your attention within. Find the time to see clearly your own unique gifts and innate wisdom. Use this wisdom to effect the change that you would like to see not only in yourself but in the world around you. Practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness and compassion helps to guide us on our way in these unique and challenging times.
The upcoming eight week online session will run from January 19 ~ March 11, 2021.

We are accepting payments for these classes, if you are not able to contribute that is fine. We are experiencing a health and economic crisis and these classes should be of help to all whether they can afford to contribute or not.
